FARM ANIMALS

Most of my childhood was on a “mixed” farm which is very rare now, where there  were cattle, poultry, pigs, goats, sheep, and no health and safety restrictions on children. I am an artist by accident, I drifted into making models of the things I loved. I trained to be a school teacher at Homerton where I could take sculpture as a special subject, and it became a parallel occupation. Although animals dropped down my priorities, they remained popular with people who own them so I still have some left. Goats had a serendipitous effect on my life.
